Stacey E. Zyriek Enriquez
Stacey serves as a Trustee of the APANJ having been elected in November 2018. She is eager to use her talents to take the Association to the next level through member outreach and quality programming.
Stacey has been an Assistant Prosecutor at the Union County Prosecutor’s Office since 2012, where she has been assigned to the Appellate Division, Megan’s Law Unit, Juvenile Unit, Trial Team Division, and the Special Victims Unit. Stacey is currently assigned as a Special Assistant United States Attorney at the United States Attorney’s Office in Newark, New Jersey.
During her time at the Union County Prosecutor’s Office, Stacey has tried over twenty criminal cases to verdict, including multi-defendant cases and serious indictable offenses including armed robbery, sexual assault, and homicide. In May 2018, she was certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Criminal Trial Attorney.
Before joining the Union County Prosecutor’s Office, Stacey served as law clerk to the Honorable Liliana DeAvila-Silebi, former Presiding Judge of the Criminal Division at the Bergen County Superior Court. Stacey is admitted to practice law in both New Jersey and New York. Stacey earned her Juris Doctorate from New York law School in 2011. She earned her undergraduate degree from Rutgers University in 2006, where she majored in Criminal Justice.
