APANJ Announces New Bylaws

Following a multi-month review by the bylaws committee, the APANJ Executive Board announces the unanimous approval of new bylaws, which were last reviewed in 2007.

"We totally overhauled our bylaws, governing every aspect of our association's operations. The result makes our association more efficient, transparent, accountable, and effective into the next decade," says David V. Calviello, APANJ President. We are particularly excited about the newly established Delegates-At-Large committee so every county has direct representation and contact with our governing body. "In terms of accessibility, this association has never been better positioned to respond and assist its members," Calviello said.

The bylaws are effective immediately.
