A few minutes ago the NJ Assembly - State and Local Government Committee voted in favor of APANJ-backed bill, A5785 as amended, which restores the Prosecutors Part pension for all prosecutors and DCJ-DAGs! Next, the bill proceeds to the Assembly Appropriations Committee. Let's keep the momentum going.

Following testimony from APANJ President David Calviello (Bergen), the committee heard from APANJ Delegate Chelsea Coleman (Essex), and CPANJ Vice President Scott Coffina (Burlington County Prosecutor) and then voted in support of the bill. Next up, the Assembly Appropriations Committee.
