Great news! A few minutes ago the Assembly Appropriations Committee voted to release A5785, as amended, to the Assembly floor. It could be posted as early as Monday. The APANJ-backed bill to restore the Prosecutors Part pension for all prosecutors and DCJ-DAGs continues to gain momentum.

Tomorrow, a companion Senate bill, S3780, is listed before the Senate Budget Committee at 10:30 AM. If released, it too could be listed for a floor vote as early as Monday. Click here to watch live.
