APANJ Election Notice and Candidate List
Members:
We have officially kicked off our first-ever online election, which will take place between Tuesday, June 23rd and Tuesday, June 30th. Previously, annual elections took place informally at the CPANJ convention in Atlantic City and were marked by low attendance and participation. Indeed, most counties were under-represented. By moving elections to the Spring and online all members are now able to participate in the process to determine their leadership. We also hired an outside vendor - Intelliscan, Inc. - to manage the election. This move will allow us to focus our convention efforts on member engagement, education, policy advancement and hospitality, which we started last November. We hope you are excited about these improvements to the APANJ and look forward to greater participation from all of you.
Below is the list of candidates who have filed letters of intent to serve as officers. Also, please find information about the election rules, voter/candidate eligibility, and deadlines.
