Senate Passes APANJ-Backed Pension Bill

With immeasurable pride, gratitude, and excitement I announce that the full Senate just passed S3780 by a vote of 37-3. Eleven years after the Prosecutors Part closed, we are one giant step closer to reopening it! On behalf of all of the APANJ Officers, Trustees, and members, I thank the New Jersey Senate for recognizing our contributions to criminal justice and the need to foster career prosecutors.

Next up, the full Assembly is expected to vote on the companion bill - A5785 - this Thursday, June 24. Let's do this!
